I have not been coming here long. But it's nice to be able to talk to a Dr and them still understand you are human and things happen! I love Dr Easley's personality! Everyone has been very friendly and very understanding!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the psychiatrist you will see before you see the doctor. I could immediately tell she cared about my situation, and that I have to travel a lot for my job. She was professional, friendly, and ultimately helped me get the treatment I was looking for. I took a day off from work and drove 3 hours to be there, and it was obvious to me she wanted to help as much as she could , not giving me the run around and robot-type responses I've gotten from so many other medical professionals I've encountered. She actually cared. It was touching really, as you really don't expect that anymore. If you ever read this, thank you! -Andrew W.

I am genuinely impressed so far! I am a southern Indiana resident and when I called I did not expect they would treat me. I was happy to hear that they serviced southern Indiana. I was informed my insurance (Medicaid/MHS) would cover the prescription and the weekly appointment fee is $75 out of pocket (way less than dope). Initially, I thought it was a fraud set up bc right away they asked for my social security number and wanted me to text a photo of my drivers license and a selfie. I was uncomfortable sending personal info via text to a doctors office. However, since COVID19 there has been a switch to telehealth. I knew if I were there in person they would have asked for the same. I decided to give it a shot since they did not need payment until after the doctors visit. To my suprise-the process worked. I called at 9a and they were able to fit me in THAT DAY. It was a long wait but I saw the counselor via telehealth at 2p for assesment. The video system they use is easy; no downloads or complicated features just click the link. All you need is a phone with internet/cam. She even texted me at 1:30p to let me know she was available early. The counselor was warm and professional. They had me set up to speak to the doctor ( over the phone) at 3:30p. I started to worry when at 3:40 I still had not recieved a phone call. Concerned, I called the office and they told me they would send him a reminder message. He eventually called at 3:50p and apologized that he was running behind. Even though he was late I did not get upset bc at any doctors appointment there is usually a delay and you have to wait. The doctor was very nice and helpful. He made sure I understood the process. I was left with the impression that he really cares about his patients. He made sure that I did not have any unanswered questions. After a thorough evaluation he told me he would get me started on meds TODAY. If your looking for a great place to go, with a friendly Dr and staff who are compassionate, understanding and thorough. Who will not only help you but go above and beyond your expectations with counseling available 7 days a week with very experienced and friendly counselors, then this is the place you want to be! I’ve been a patient with Dr Easley for over a year now and I have zero complaints. I’ve been to other places that we’re good as well but none of them compare to Dr Easley’s office. Always friendly, always professional, always eager to help in any way and understanding. Dr Easley and his team have changed my life. I’ve been treated so good there that it made me realize I am still human, I don’t feel down about about myself anymore. I know I’m on the right track and because of there encouragement, there understanding and compassionate nature, I know that anything is possible! I would recommend anyone who’s struggling to go here! You will be treated Right! I don’t know what I would’ve done or where I’d be if it weren’t for Dr Easley and his Team! I owe them a great deal of gratitude.

Dr Easley is great, he saved me from the horror of opiate addiction. The office staff is great as well. They truly care about you and want to help if you are willing to change yourself. Thank you Dr Easley from the bottom of my heart I will never forget you!

I have been going to Dr Easley for a couple years now, I couldn’t ask for a more passionate, caring doctor, plus all the staff are wonderful as well. He treats me like I’m the only patient in the office, spends the time with you. I do love Dr Easley and the staff…..

I have been a patient of Dr. Easleys for the past 3 years now, and still to this day as of 3 years I still honestly I do not know where I would be at this moment if it wasn't for him and his staff. I have never been treated more with respect and decency. They really listen to you, and they take in what they hear and give you there genuine feedback. They have amazing counselors that will help you when you are having a tough time in life, even when I call to make a payment, I feel the heart felt respect in Robert's voice. This group of beautiful souls will make sure you are taken care of, and that you know what you are worth. Just two days ago I call to check when my appointment was, and when they noticed I have been without my meds since friday. Without asking for money th wss y called on a 3 day script to get me by until payday. And to be honest when I called into the office today to make my payment I felt like it was the right thing to do and pay for those 3 days. And I hear when they do thta for others they, they dont even offer to pay for the generosity that was given to them. Shame on you all. Take for granted of someone's kindness.from the bottom of my heart, thank you! To Dr Eazley and to his amazing staff. Its beautiful souls like you all that make this greedy world bearable.
